Shipping Policy

All products sold by Sequence Pure Peptides are strictly for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic application, or diagnostic use.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT on a business day may qualify for same-day processing, depending on inventory and verification.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Domestic Shipping (U.S. only)

• Standard Shipping: Free USPS Priority Mail for orders $250 or more. Orders under $250 have a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
• Expedited Shipping: Options through UPS, FedEx, USPS Express, or similar carriers may be selected at checkout. Charges apply to the customer. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM PT to qualify for same-day processing. Shipping charges are non-refundable after dispatch.

Packaging & Stability

All Sequence Pure Peptides products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) for maximum stability during transit. Lyophilized peptides do not require cold-chain shipping or cold packs. Products are packaged to protect against light exposure, as peptides are sensitive to direct light. Once received, store in a cool, dry place away from direct light and moisture.

Signature Confirmation (Orders $500+)

Signature confirmation is available at no additional charge for orders $500 or more and is strongly recommended. Customers who decline this option accept full responsibility for delivery once marked delivered by the carrier. Sequence Pure Peptides will not replace or refund orders lost due to declined signature confirmation.

Shipping Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance:

• Available at checkout at the customer’s expense
• Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages handled per carrier policies and insurance coverage
• USPS Priority Mail includes standard coverage up to $100 where applicable
• Sequence Pure Peptides assists with documentation for claims but cannot guarantee carrier approval

Order Documentation & Verification

All orders are photographed and documented before shipment for quality assurance. Documentation may include product verification, packaging verification, shipping label verification, and order contents verification.

Tracking Information

A tracking number is emailed after shipment. Allow 24–48 hours for carrier updates.
