Return Eligibility
Because research materials require controlled handling and storage, products generally cannot be returned once shipped.
Returns may be considered only when:
- The incorrect product was received.
- The product arrived damaged during transit.
- The shipment contains missing items.
- A verified manufacturing or packaging issue is identified.
All requests are reviewed individually.
Reporting a Problem
If you believe your order qualifies for review, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.

- Photographs of the shipping package and shipping label

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent claim review.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- Issue store credit

Non-Returnable Products

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before processing or shipment preparation begins.
Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment, cancellation requests generally cannot be accommodated.
If an eligible cancellation is approved before shipment, the original payment method will be refunded.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes subject to the carrier’s transportation process.
For shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit:
- Customers should first contact the shipping carrier.
- Shipping insurance claims, where applicable, must follow the carrier’s claims process.
- Sequence Pure Peptides will reasonably assist by providing available shipment documentation when necessary.
Packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier may not qualify for replacement unless supported by an approved carrier investigation or applicable insurance coverage.
Quality Assurance
Each product is manufactured and supplied according to documented quality assurance procedures.
Where applicable, Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are made available to support product identification and quality documentation.
The availability of laboratory documentation does not modify the intended research-only use of any product.
