Claims Exceptions
Claims are reviewed for:

- Defective products
- Incorrect items shipped
- Missing items
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- Description of the problem
Upon verification, Sequence Pure Peptides may provide:
- Replacement products
- Store credit
- Refunds where required by law
Incorrect or Missing Items
Contact us within 7 days if an item is incorrect or missing. Verified claims will be resolved via reshipment, replacement, store credit, or other suitable solutions at no additional cost.
Product Quality & Storage Responsibility
- All products undergo quality control and third-party testing. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available.
- Returns or refunds are not provided for perceived potency loss, research outcomes, experimental results, user expectations, or improper storage after delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
- Responsibility transfers to the carrier once shipped.
- Customers should file claims with the carrier; Sequence Pure Peptides will provide reasonable documentation support.
- Packages marked delivered may not qualify for replacement without carrier or insurance approval.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations allowed only before processing/shipment preparation for full refunds.
- Processed or shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
